***If you are local (or can get to Massachusetts!) it is highly recommended that you add an in-person check-in every 4-6 weeks (if we are not already training together). 

During these additional sessions we'll reassess (w/ a LIVE form eval), reevaluate, and make any necessary changes to your program.  If you are currently in an on-line program, these sessions can be booked in for $75/session and are a full 60 minutes long.
