This Valentine's Day it's time to spread the love.
Whether you're single or flying solo,
the best way to recognize true love is by
respecting and honoring it in yourself first.
At the end of this 1/2 day retreat you'll have identified what is holding you back from doing the things you desire to do and becoming the person you know you're really meant to be
You'll be free of anxiety and fear and walk away having cleared any blocks that might be holding you back so you can more fully step into your most confident body and mind
You'll be rid of that "stuck" feeling, like no matter what you try, nothing works and instead replace it with a feeling of unstoppable confidence and passion for moving forward
You'll be motivated, supported, and connected (to others, but more importantly to yourself - in a way you may not have felt before)
You'll feel strong physically, but also emotionally - like you can DO and BE anything you want (because you can - you just need a little reminder every once in awhile)
I have come to believe that caring for myself is not self indulgent. Caring for myself is an act of survival.
THIS 1/2 DAY CONFIDENT SELF-CARE RETREAT INCLUDES :
- 45 minutes of guided meditation and visualization
- 20-30 minutes of prompted journaling and reflection
- 90 minutes of fun, engaging, vinyasa flow yoga
- One locally prepared and healthfully inspired meal
- Endless amounts of connection and support in a small, intimate group setting
The Confident Self Care Retreat will take place at The Fitness Studio, a boutique private personal training studio in Arlington, MA (20 minutes west of Boston).
Emily Socha is a Confidence Creation Specialist ..
.. She graduated with a degree in psychology and then became a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and certified coach. She now uses guided visualizations and coaching in addition to training and yoga to help ambitious women and men find and create their most confident lives.
