Each session consists of a combination of coaching and guided meditation to identify exactly what is tripping you up, release what is holding you back, and help you create new thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that will help you get to where you want to go in the most efficient way possible.

You'll walk away from each session feeling relaxed, refreshed, and motivated to conquer your goals with enthusiasm and newfound passion. 


Sessions can be booked in 45 or 60 minute time slots.
